Michy has been rumoured on numerous occasions to be NAM1’s bedwarmer.
Obinini, on the other hand, is said to be NAM1’s favourite artiste so when Michy was spotted at his music video shoot, speculations of her association with the beleaguered Menzgold shot up straight to the sky.
Meanwhile, Obibini is doing everything possible to ride on the wave of the recent beef he had with Amerado which he was unanimously declared the winner to resuscitate his suffocating career.
We’ll keep our fingers crossed to see how Obibini roars back and claim mainstream relevance with this new song. See footage below;
In other news, Strongman has noted that colleague rapper and occasional antagonist Medikal remains the most vilified rapper of the present generation.
In a conversation with Kay Official on Y102.5FM’s Dryve of Your Lyfe, the rapper said he used to be at the receiving end a few years ago as other rappers always took it out on him but Medikal has now taken the mantle away from him.
He made the comment to console Patapaa after he went mad recently for the constant ridicule he gets from Ghanaians and musicians. To him, Patapaa getting mentions from other musicians in their songs, whether negative or positive obviously means he is on the right path musically.
“Some people have been making music for a long time but have never received any mentions or shoutouts in anyone’s songs, not even a diss. But if everyone refers to Patapaa in their songs, then it means he has something and has a craft people like,” Strongman told Kay Official on Y102.5FM’s Dryve of Your Lyfe.
Strongman noted that a few years back he was the number 1 artiste who suffered dissing and trolling in Ghana but he did not allow that to deter him and asked Patapaa to have that resolve.
